QuickVerse Support Plug-in

QuickVerse� Support Plug-in

This plug-in provides access to the QuickVerse scripture database.  It is intended for use with QuickVerse version 5 through 2008 and requires that one of these versions is installed on your system.  QuickVerse is product of FindEx, Inc. (www.findex.com).

It is recommended that you move any Bible version to the hard drive that you will use on a regular basis with SongShow Plus.  You can do this from within QuickVerse using the menu command File > Library Management (version 5 - 7), or .File > Book Manager/Unlocker (version 8  and later).

Limited Technical Support
SongShow Plus technical support personnel can only provide limited technical support in the use of QuickVerse with SongShow Plus. Some issues may be related to the QuickVerse product itself and support may be available only for the most recent version of the QuickVerse product.

Note
The following Bible versions are known to not work correctly with SongShow Plus and QuickVerse: Douay-Rheims, Good News Translation, International Standard Version, and New Testament in Modern Speech. Also, non-English translations may not be compatible with SSP at this time.

  • Address problem where SSP would not see any installed QuickVerse Bibles.  This was a problem introduced by an update to QuickVerse 2005.

  • Fixed problem where, when displaying verse numbers, sometimes additional verse numbers are inserted at a paragraph break.

  • Fixed problem where two instances of the QuickVerse Support ProModules can get loaded at the same time.

  • Fixed problem where the last verse of the last chapter in any book can not be displayed.

12/12/2001

  • Fixed problem where Song of Solomon was not showing up in some Bible versions.  All Bible versions will now display Song of Solomon, even if in Quick Verse, the book is referred to as Song of Songs.

  • Fixed the problem where the wrong verse text was being displayed.
